I recommend this course because it teaches the best way to manage employees and which managing styles they respond best too. The course also teaches about managing new opportunities given to you by different employers and if you should take them. You will also learn the value of group work for when you get into your career you'll quickly learn that a company is not a "one man team."
What I gained from taking this course was how to handle the worst of employees in intense situations. I also learned that you should never say no to a new opportunity that will position you higher than where you were before.

Pay close attention to the professor the book was not all that necessary however, if you do not plan on using the book you MUST always come to class and do NOT leave early. This professor loves to give iclicker points as soon as students leave early
