    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Speech Anatomy & Physiology is a great course if you're planning a career in Speech-Language Pathology!

    Course highlights:

I learned so much from this course. My lecture and lab professors really know their stuff, and were so helpful. I learned all about the body as it corresponds to breathing and talking for speech, what muscles aid in that, as well as how the brain works for speech and what nerves are important for speech!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely know how to study. We had to learn a lot of 4-part models as it pertained to muscles of the body and what their functions were. Good study habits are super important for this class. Also, start studying early and stay organized so that you aren't trying to cram everything into one study session right before the exam. Study a little bit after each class if possible!
