    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone who needs to get familiar with basic computer skills used in college. It is a great overview of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and the exercises move quickly and efficiently. At the end of this course you will be able to use tables in Word, graphs in Excel and create a simple PowerPoint presentation.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed our final exam which pulled together all we had learned into one PowerPoint presentation. The assignment was also fun because we had to plan a trip to a fun place. I decided on Disneyland since I recently moved too far away to go and I miss all the fun I used to have there. In the assignment we had to create a table in Word when normally I would have used Excel. Then create a budget for the trip in Excel and find images or photos to enhance the final PowerPoint presentation. All in all, I really enjoyed this exercise because the software is fun to use and the trip would have been so much fun.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep on track. It's very easy to fall behind but if you do a little each day you will learn and retain more and never be behind.
