    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the professor prepares you for all the classes to come. I also think this course is a challenging and helpful course to learn about the brain and memory.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the brain and how it works.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Read a little each day to keep up with the class material and expected requirements.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

PSY101 was a great course to take to learn more about psychology. It was a fun and interesting class, but difficult at times. There was a large amount of reading involved and the tests at the end of each module were long and hard. This class was not a class to take lightly, studying was a must to earn a decent grade.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were learning all the different views on psychology from different famous theorists. They were all very different and intriguing to read about. Some of the theorists included Erik Erikson, Lawrence Kohlberg, and Albert Bandura. We learned everything from Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs to Freudian Theory or Personality Structure. It was an enjoyable class to take.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The main piece of advice I would give to students who are about to take this course would be to read, read, read. If you don't read through your textbook thoroughly, you will struggle. Everything you need to get a good grade is in the text. If you skip any sections, you'll be able to see that in your test scores.
