Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Lindsay is very helpful and will work with students in order to make sure they succeed. As long as you ask for help and let her know in a timely manner if you will be late, missing, or have a late assignment, you will succeed.

    Course highlights:

More in depth of hippa agreements. The introduction and beginning of how to use different methods in music therapy such as bruscia and nordoph robins.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that no matter what the assignment, no matter how small it may seem. Get it done! That way you have more time for fun stuff such as homecoming games and volleyball games.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Unless your degree is towards music therapy, this course wouldn't necessarily be a good fit. However, if your degree is for music therapy, the class is extremely helpful in understanding more about music therapy as a profession.

    Course highlights:

Every assignment was purposeful and provided insight into music therapy and our careers as therapists. I learned more about including receptive and re-creative methods of music therapy into our profession.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Have a passion to learn about music therapy, and the class will not seem like work. Each student in the class not only was invested in the information, but also in your success. The other students and the professor are willing to help you out whenever you have questions.
