    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Extremely interesting and highly applicable in real world situations with introductions to different models and approaches to health.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed learning about the biopsychosocial model of health and understanding how all aspects of ourselves are interrelated.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I think it was useful in helping me solidify decisions and plans for the future because it gave me a glimpse into the kind of work I would potentially be doing if I were to enter that field.
