Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone and everyone. Bruce does a great job explaining psychology as a whole and he loves teaching. Make sure to study a lot because the tests are difficult. Studying is easy because the information he gives you is really interesting.

    Course highlights:

I loved learning about mental disorders. Bruce gets really into it and shows you awesome videos.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make flash cards and if he repeats information, make sure you know it.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It was a really interesting topic and Bruce made lectures very engaging and interactive whenever possible. He always allowed time for questions and did a great job structuring the class overall. He had a variety of stories on the topics and examples that really helped apply concepts to the "real" world.

    Course highlights:

My favorite unit of the course was the mental health unit because it was definitely something that I am interesting in studying further. The parts and functioning of the brain was hard, but I learned a lot and it applied to my anatomy and physiology classes. Small groups were actually really fun as well! We watched videos, took personality quizzes, and had some good discussions.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in lecture. The books are written by the professor so they follow the course pretty well and if you pay attention you might not have to reread the entire chapter. Also do the practice tests in the textbook because they closely follow the format of the actual tests.
