Not too easy. Not too difficult.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

McBride is the perfect professor for this course. This course needs to be taken/taught with patience, questions, and effort. We went over plenty of examples until we knew the material like the back of our hands, and she made learning easy.

    Course highlights:

This course highlights the fundamentals of Calculus. It is the next advanced step after algebra, sequences, and geometry. Everything I learned in this course, I still use many courses after this one.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate! I'm not saying that this course is extremely hard, however, it is easy to get lost and fall behind. So stay at the pace your professor wants you to be on. Always study your pie (cosine and sine) chart.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Prof. Bampton was amazing and very helpful. I am not very proficient in math and she took the extra time out of her day, even past office hours to help me understand what we were studying.

    Course highlights:

I understood more about how we dissect the statistics we read about in newspapers, and where the numbers come from.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make lots of time to study and invest in yourself in this class. The professor is extremely helpful and sweet, but you definitely get out what you put into this class.
