Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Greenspan was an excellent professor with thorough notes and lessons.

    Course highlights:

You learn about psychology from the very initial founding of it, the way tests and analysis' are done and it allows you to develop a deeper understanding about the human experience.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be very attentive and do not miss classes, especially as the course progresses because it continues to become more in-depth each class. Study terminology, cases and important people well. Also understand the human nervous system as soon as possible!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the professor was really nice, but also the course was very interesting. It was not a lot of reading from the textbook. Instead the course was intellectual discussion among classmates and the professor.

    Course highlights:

I learned more about how the brain works and mental health illnesses in general. The highlight was learning all the different phobias people can have. I also learned that the fear of spiders is the number one phobia. This made me relieved because I have a phobia of spiders. It is nice to know a lot of other people have the same fear as me.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You have to study for the tests. The tests can be tricky. Some questions on the test were not discussed in class. I would recommend reading the textbook on your own. If you have any interest in it, take this course. It really is an interesting subject, even if it has nothing to do with your major.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Dr.Baron does try to make sure students are grasping concepts and reaching their full potential.

    Course highlights:

What I learned the most is how the mind and body work in harmony, and how it can truly be seen throughout our daily activities. I realized why I did most things and how through the nature of this course.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell students considering the class to not fear it-- the professor does not try to make things hard for anyone. Always study his outlines and listen to his lectures and study will be such a breeze.
