Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Anatomy and Physiology is a very enjoyable topic.

    Course highlights:

A&P I (more geared towards Anatomy) is a lot of anatomy and memorization. I learned a good base for what is more conceptually physiology in A&P II.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Reading is always good. Don't take notes during lecture. Pay attention and focus on the material presented. If you don't lose focus (which most do without even knowing), you will be able to learn and link things together. This will make things easier down the road with much less ROTE memorization and much better total understanding of concepts. Also, utilize time and technology. For all the other working parents who are pursuing a second degree or anything else, time is critical. I mixed a lot of hours on the treadmill exercising my brain as well watching Youtube videos on A&P. Crash Course and Khan Academy highly recommended.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it was very challenging. My professor was a very hard grader and didn't let anything slide. The questions on quizzes and tests were critical thinking rather than memorizing. I think it was defiantly helpful because it helped me develop a good work ethic and helped me get a generalized knowledge in all the future courses I will take such as microbiology and chemistry.

    Course highlights:

I learned about multiple different subjects all in one class. We had a section on microbiology, chemistry, biology, and anatomy.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you work hard and keep up with material it will really help you in the future!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The professor is very educated and well aware of the subject he is teaching. He also is a Doctor so he knows what he is talking about.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed his lectures, he makes learning fun by creating a happy environment where we can joke around and also learn.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

I would say always go to his lectures because its a good review since you should be studyng on your own anyway. Its really important to review your notes and read a lot.
