    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend taking this class as it helps students to form essential skills such as confidence, motivation, and most importantly persistence. Furthermore, this class explores the amount of variety math carries in everyday life. This course also instigates its students to challenge math and its theories.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the discussions held everyday in class about that particular chapter. I learnt to reason and question myself, which is an important skill for every task in life. Moreover, I formed a sense of belonging in this course because as a student you are involved in every discussion and debate, which makes you feel a part of something special. The importance of your participation in the class and the respect from your professor was a great comfort in this tough course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You have to listen to your professor because he is the key to your success in this classroom. He doesn't go over 20 examples to make his students understand instead he covers 3 examples and expects you to learn the concept. Forming a strong understanding of the concept will help you succeed in calculus and as a student you have put in time practicing your weak areas and strengthening your mindset to acquire success.
