Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I took this class with the lab option, and loved everything about it. The professor was very approachable and explained complex geological and environmental issues in easy to understand ways. The lab helped further develop concepts and understanding in the subject matter.

    Course highlights:

I learned basic concepts of tectonic plate movement, weather and atmosphere, climate and climate change, marine zones, animal groups and interrelationships in the ocean, and evolution of species.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes, go to class, read lab and lecture material before class, study for the exam- exam is harder than you think it will be.
