    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it goes in depth on explaining how the world has and continues to globalize.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed learning about population growth and how the world population is estimated to be nine billion by the year 2050.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend that students should not save the course reading to the last minute because that makes writing the reading summary more difficult.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The structure of the class is muddled and is all over the place. The concepts are board and is more surface skimming rather than actual class you can provide some depth. Relays on videos to get points across.

    Course highlights:

It is one choice for required classes and is relative easy. Since it is a freshman class it is a good foundation class. I didn't learn much or anything new but I learned I can sit thru a class I do not enjoy.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Pick another course if required. If you have no clue about modern day geography than take this class. It isn't about where on the map is this or that. You can use this to springboard your learning in more in depth classes.
