    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course is rough and its a lot of material, but it really does help create a base of knowledge for your future classes. I would have been lost in other classes had it not been for this course!

    Course highlights:

A major highlight of this course: When Dr. Mosser talks about her time on the Serengeti! The research she did there was so cool!

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Start the group projects early and be straight up with your groupmates. If they are not pulling their weight, let them know. Also keep up on the reading!!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class provided an exceptionally strong base for my biology studies. It was interactive, fun and informative. It also taught me a lot about team work and how best to tackle large projects.

    Course highlights:

I loved the big group research projects as well as some of the modules that really helped to elucidate various topics.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would definitely recommend reading the book and staying on top of all the work as there is a lot. However, it's well worth it when you look back and see how much you've learned!
