This class was tough.
Professor gives a really interesting lecture with plenty of real life applications. In each week's homework assignment, we were given a certain thought provoking reading materials that relates engineering to our life. Course might be a bit tough, textbook is rather useless as well so be sure to go to your professor or teaching assistants if you ever need help.
My biggest impression is regarding the Magnus effect. Ever see a swerving free kick in soccer or the video of the HORSE shot throwing a basketball down a river dam? You might know the basics from the video but learning in depth and the theories behind it is really cool.
