    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

He was a very passionate professor, and brought fun into the lecture hall. He made me excited that I had chosen this as my major.

    Course highlights:

We learned about the different members of the hominids, the different homo and australopith species, and many of the key features that make us human.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell students not to take the class lightly. Sure, its a fun course, but the workload is tough. Do your readings, and actually study for the tests.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is one of the easiest and most interesting science classes I have ever taken. If you like learning about people, this is the class for you! It is not too hard to pass if you just do the work!

    Course highlights:

Learning about human evolution is more interesting than I was expecting. It is nice to know where we, as humans, come from. Knowing this information makes it easier to understand humans.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Just show up to class and pay attention. Most of the grade comes from the labs and the in-class assignments. Enjoy the class, because it won't be fun if you don't know what is going on.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I find this subject extremely interesting (it's part of my major) and actually did recommend it to my boyfriend who later took the course. As long as you don't mind large lectures it's a great intro course with interesting labs.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was the lab section. I learned a lot more about the subject matter and found the hands-on experience very interesting.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you study for the midterms and final, I found them rather easy but I know some professors make them more difficult (ex.- the section my boyfriend took)
