I would recommend this course because it offered a different perspective. You not only see it as an employee dealing with customers, but also as the customers point of view.
the highlights were what could be done to satisfy the customer without giving a way the farm. What companys can do to fine tune their customer service department. Also, it showed what kind of training can be done and the importance of it.
