I enjoyed this course because in the field that I am going into it is important to know how to communicated via email, telephone, and in person. Your communication not only reflects on you, but the company in which you work.
This course taught how to create memos and send out memorandums worded correctly. Communicating in your professional also taught how to listen and engage in conversations professionally. This will help you maintain good relationships with workers and consumers.
