    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This really was a great course although very difficult because of the accelerated pace. TAKE YOUR ATI'S SERIOUSLY!! You will honestly be so glad you did.

    Course highlights:

Patient care, beginning pathophysiology, ethics, laws, Fluid electrolytes and acid base balance, ABGs

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

READ YOUR BOOK! DO YOUR ATI! make your own study guides. Get with classmates and study with them too. when bouncing concepts back and forth hearing yourself talk about it will make it stick.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I love this course! This course was challenging, but ultimately one of my all time favorite courses that I have ever taken as a student. I warrant my success as a nursing student to my teacher, and some amazing study tools.

    Course highlights:

This course was really interesting, and informative. As a nurse you need to know different medications, and how they will affect your patient. Education is very important in the nursing field, and medication education is a must. I learned so many different things about medications, the usual doseage, side effects, and much more. Pharmacology is one of the courses that is fundamental to the nursing field, and although it is hard work, it is worth it!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would give the advice of take the course! Even if you are not a nursing major, it is still a very important class to take because chances are that everyone at one point will be put a medication. This course can be intimidating, but you gain so much from this course, and I would highly recommend this course.
