Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Overall it is a great class that keeps you engaged. However she does not require you to purchase the books. Professor Mccamy prefers that you use the weblinks she supplies. This is amazing if you are trying to be frugal, but it can also be a double edged sword if you have trouble with internet or reading web-pages. She is very unique with the way that she uses her resources, she requires you do a video on your persuasive essay that way you can share your thoughts with the class, this way you are also gaining experience on multiple ways of sharing your opinion. She likes to engage you with debates and watching a video or two and then picking students to share their thoughts. It is a lot better than power-points on how to write and formatting and such, as long as you don't mind voicing your mind.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about how to write better compare and contrast essays. Professor Mccamy goes over your essay twice, you submit two drafts and then the final. She believes more in giving feedback and seeing progress than a once and done grade.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't take the class for granted as an easy way to get an A. With that attitude it s very east to get a B.
