    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This reason that I rated this 3 stars is because if you have never taken accounting this will seem really hard. I actually think that a person taking this class should have a little knowledge and experience. If you have experience then you will be okay with this class but if not, I suggest getting a tutor.

    Course highlights:

The course emphasizes the importance of using advanced information systems such as the use of accounting software for small businesses and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for large companies in managerial accounting and decision making. Managerial accounting uses both financial and non-financial information; the financial accounting topics included in this course include basic financial accounting concepts and analysis of financial reports using online, interactive tools to facilitate learning.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Get a tutor. If you are a first time student and have never taken accounting or used excel....you will learn but it will be a good idea to get a tutor.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Good information and very intelligent professor who was available to answer any questions needed to complete assignments.

    Course highlights:

Passing, I was extremely nervous about the course and to pass was a huge accomplishment. I learned a tremendous amount about how accounting works within an individual's life and for a company.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of the assignments and ask for help when needed. Study for the test because they can be fairly difficult and start all assignments and studying at the beginning of the week in order to ensure a good grade.
