Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this because it lays a good foundation for students interested in marketing. The course is the perfect transition from high school to college level classes. Students in this course will be able to understand different marketing strategies resulting in a better understanding of the world around them.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were the CLC group project. The project let students pick a company and "pretend" they were the marketing manager for the enterprise. From this project, I learned how about different tactics the marketing segment of the company deals with from ethical issues to the promotion of the product. It was effective in seeing proper marketing and PR.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed students need to attend every class. They need to focus on their writing; college level writing is extremely different than high school writing. In college, less is more with writing. Students need to summarize the key points in an easy to understand the way in the briefest paragraph.
