Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is an incredible course. The topics are interesting and the human body is such an amazing thing to learn about. If you can get Primack for this class do it!

    Course highlights:

In this course you learn a lot about the different systems in the body. You also get to see how these systems interact to carry out functions that we don't even think about.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the reading, it is an important part of the class and the lecture will help clarify concepts that you did not understand while reading. Engage while in lecture, it is easy to get a good grade in this class if you pay attention and read.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It as a little bit more complex than regular biology. It goes into more depth about every subject and more interesting. Its a fun experience, especially the labs we had in class. The chapter test were a bit more challenging but if you study you'll do fine.

    Course highlights:

I learn many things in this class. We went over the same material but in more detail. I learned how DNA replicates, carbon compounds, and the structure of the cell. It's very interesting to learn about these subjects and know what they do.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend going over the outline of the chapter and filling out the study guide. I would also go over the answers for the study guide with the teacher. Also, looking over the chapter in the book would be helpful.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you are looking to go into the medical field in any way shape or form, this is the class to take! You will learn the basics of human anatomy and physiology, Barton is also a great professor who tries to engage you in class and really makes sure you are understanding things. However I do warn you, this is a difficult course, be sure that you are really ready to take it before signing up, it is fast paced and if you fall behind it's harder to catch up.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot in the time that I took this class, you really go into detail on all of the different structures and system functions of the body. Barton could also be considered a highlight in this class due to the fact that he truely does engage you in the learning.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would have to be: Don't sign up for this class unless you are ready to be challenged. I am not trying to scare you away from it, I just wasn't as prepared as I thought I was, and I regret not looking more into the class before I took it.
