Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a great course to learn more about how to manage an organization the changes within the organization and what to do to help facilitate those changes without losing the interest of the employees.

    Course highlights:

I learned that every employee is going to embrace change differently. Whether it is met with resistance, acceptance, or just reluctant at the time because most people do not like change. As a change manager I can help ease the change within my organization so that my employees can get a better grasp on why this is happening and how to go about voicing their opinion about the change in a non-destructive way.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It is good to use your personal managerial expereince for this course but please keep an open mind and accept the fact that no manager is perfect and there are ways out there that help you become more versatile in your tactics to help mold your employees to become great managers and CEO's someday, this course helps provide some of those resources.
