Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She makes the material really easy to understand, is very engaging, offers a lot of help when needed.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about the founding fathers and how hilarious Buchanan was. Slavery was a very daunting topic but ended up being very informative, especially regarding different president's take on it.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Obviously pay attention in lecture, she provides you with everything you need to know for exams. Don't be afraid to ask questions and respect her no technology rule.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Goins is great, the information given and books assigned was always clear. his teaching was very specific and he made sure the lectures successfully got the message across.

    Course highlights:

I've always struggle with memorization with numbers. Dates and names together just made is harder. in this class I learned to push myself, after every class I went over fresh information and researched the topics further in detail.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The class structure is not too complex, all you need to do is be up to date with the readings and if there is any questions always ask your professor. He'll be ha[[y to help.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend him if you like deep insights on the very beginning of America because he focuses primarily on the Native Americans, African slaves, and the Europeans. I wouldn't recommend him if you like participating, because there is only pure lecture.

    Course highlights:

A highlight was definitely the take home tests, and I learned not only about the history of the Americas, but also how to write a research paper.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advice students to be prepared to take notes, because he only has an outline of what he covers in class. Notes will be the key to success in this class (test are essay questions using notes).
