Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Brad Anderson is very thorough with all of the course work. He is a very hands on teacher and includes his students in every aspect of the course.

    Course highlights:

There were many highlights but two of the units that stood out to me were World War II and the Greek history/ gladiator unit. He was able to organize a gladiator battle and also a D-Day experience.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this course all you need to do is listen and take notes. Study for tests and know that pop quizzes are inevitable.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Anderson is one the greatest teachers. He teaches each class with such excitement that it is contagious by the of the period many students are reluctant to leave because they want to continue with the discussion of that day's topic. The course consists of mostly group activities and debates. I would highly recommend this course for the events, the fantastic storytelling of the history by Mr. Anderson, and for the sense of belonging you feel after each class period.

    Course highlights:

He had us act out wars in full-scale attacks like the battle of Normandy, trench warfare, and the best of all was the week each world history class had to build an empire from the crops and religion to the government and the history. By the end of that week all the empire when to war in a huge game of dodge ball which everyone had to form a phalanx and protect each other using your own nation's shield. Another highlight is the final project where you must prove that a person of your choosing is the most influential person in history with the grand prize being automatic A on the exam.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

if you are afraid of public speaking I would advise you to take the class because the course will help you get over your fear very quickly and your skills will benefit greatly.
