Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I definitely recommend this course for a comprehensive understanding of the hows and whys of aromatherapy.

    Course highlights:

Professor Addison's course content covers aromatherapy's history, its many therapeutic and household uses, and even the chemistry of each essential oil. You will learn about the constituents found in each oil, along with their particular functions and effects, as well as any applicable cautions or contraindications. You will walk away from this course with a sound understanding of which essential oils work for any given condition and how to safely employ each oil to obtain the highest physiological and/or psychological benefit.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay close attention to learning the chemical make-up of each constituent in each essential oil. It's helpful to have some basic tools on hand, such as measuring utensils and a double boiler, before beginning this course.
