Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Covers a great variety of topics from more business oriented information such as writing a business plan, getting funding for your business, business structure, etc. As well as how to be more successful in life from goal setting to prioritizing those goals and assessing your personal strengths and areas of opportunity to grow personally and professionally.

    Course highlights:

It prepares you to put all of your herbal, anatomy, nutrition and holistic education to use. Helps you find careers that may suit you that you didn't know about. Covers a lot of the business aspects from client interaction to marketing to writing up a business plan. Really helps prepare you for starting your own practice which can be very overwhelming for a new person without help such as this. I learned a lot about business funding, taxes, business structure and best practices for running a business and being successful in life in general.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to read thoroughly, take notes and do the example exercises when possible. It is not hard and at times is fun but you will get out of it what you put in to it. You have a great opportunity to grow as a person and as a professional and prepare yourself for running your own practice/business. Take advantage of Professor Yigzaw's vast wealth of knowledge, experience and willingness to help even one on one.
