Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I learned a ton in this course. It initially seemed daunting but by the end I understood why we laid the foundation we did and realized that over the course I built a great skill set in terms of understanding how to design organizational plans for change. Our professor was great, she gave relevant feedback which helped guide my work and gave plenty of opportunities for students to attend informational meetings and question and answer sessions.

    Course highlights:

I learned all about HR functions, Job design, organizational development and change, the in's and outs of recruiting and retention and how to craft a plan for change.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Dedicate yourself to doing the work, start on the final project early and do the reading and use it in your discussions.
