Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course provides a solid background into what makes for quality management in organizations from theory, lessons learned, and execution.

    Course highlights:

The biggest thing I have learned is that a manager must be so much more than a figurehead; a leader must strive to maximize the abilities and talents of the led in a growth-based environment.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend keeping and open mind and considering all information before jumping to any conclusion.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Especially going into a field of management and administration, this course is one of the first of many on the road to getting a Bachelor's in this field. It takes on the process of management, how to be successful in a managerial role and also how being an advantageous leader is a key element of management in any given workplace.

    Course highlights:

The course work is definitely the most engaging aspect in this course. Discussions are relevant, but I have gotten much more out of the actual course work and readings than anything else. The most important thing I have learned is how being knowledgeable in leadership styles can help to promote success in a supervisory or managerial setting.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with this course work as best as possible as well as readings and discussions. Points come in several ways but if you can keep up with the discussions, assignments, and exercises you will set yourself up for success!
