    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is very interesting and fun.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course are too many to count, starting from the molecular formation of atoms and compound to the distance between to atoms to the electron configuration. This class was a full roller coaster ride from the start to the end. This class is a hard class there is no going around it but it is also very fun. The challenge of learning and passing this chemistry class makes this course exhilarating and exiting. The experiments during the course are interesting like changing the color of flames and figuring out why and what changes the color of the flame. There is also the experiment where we put a nickel and copper plated, in other words put a layer of copper on the nickel, through a reaction. These are just some of the things we did and learned from the chemistry 1411.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are considering taking chemistry 1411 my advice for this class is to take your time studding the course and don’t be afraid to ask questions about the material especially if you do not understand the course or if you are lost. Making sure you put in some time on your own to study the material of this course will help you incredibly throughout the course.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it because it is a fun and interesting course, especially if Mr. Pelfrey teaches it.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot from how a specific atom looks to how correctly calculate reactions. It has taken me into a whole new level of the science realm. The class is hard, but that's a little price to pay for everything you learn. Also you get to see how not only chemistry works but how other thing in thi planet work. you get to learn how engines work and why we use a certain type of gasoline compound.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you really want to understand the chemistry you have to put in time and go in depth with the subject once you do the class not just becomes easier but becomes more enjoyable.
