    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is a great way from students to learn the basics of technology which becoming more and more significant in our lives, and because it allows students to display their creativity through the code they create.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed creating games to play with the skills learned from the class. It is a satisfying feeling to realize you created a game that is fun and entertaining based off an idea of yours.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you work efficiently everyday because you most likely won't have access to your code outside the classroom.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this class because it is a great choice for both beginners and experts in java. Sure you might rush ahead if you are used to java but it expands your knowledge of more complex coding structures and even some coding shortcuts in basic java, from the boiled down to the point all the way to creating your own game, anybody can join this class and learn something useful.

    Course highlights:

We got to make our own video game in one of my favorite java compilers, Greenfoot. Greenfoot comes with enough framework to be useful to anyone, on any level. It removes the confusion of classes calling methods in other classes, and the dreaded Jframe and Jpanel that i was taught in my freshman year.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you stay with the class! Getting behind isn't a good thing, because the class is almost entirely comprised of cumulative information and progressively built upon knowledge. It shouldn't be hard if you put a little work into it!
