Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He is a great professor who is brilliant and truly teaches students the information rather than just providing them it.

    Course highlights:

Although this class was difficult, the most information I retained were in him weekly help sessions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Learn the information when he is teaching it, do not try to short cut it.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It was a great base for chem two. Although challenging at times, this class really prepares you for your next chem courses!

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about the elements and chemical equations. The instructor did a great job of giving you the basics before going on to the more difficult equations and formulas.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the text book before attending class. After class, make flash cards of the important notes you took that day and study them throughout the week.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course can get difficult especially when it comes to some of the concepts that have never been introduced before. Also, if you receieve a teacher that expects you to do much of the work on your own time and does not do a great job teaching, you are in for hard time.

    Course highlights:

I learned to challenge myself in doing things on your own because you will not always get the best teacher. Try new methods such as sitting in another class or talking to peers who previously had the course for extra help.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Use all the extra help oppurtunities available to you because I know I needed it. Attend help sessions, tutoring, even go to your teachers office hours if you can.
