Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I recommend this course to receive the knowledge about laws to start a business and also the professor was very helpful.
In this course, we studied the principles and concepts of business law. We learned the sources of law in the United States, as well as the importance, structure, functions, and courts of the U.S. legal system in general. We explored tort law, negotiable instruments, and the major forms of business ownership, and how to create a contract. We also explored the four essential elements of any contract, the rights and obligations of the contracting parties, and the Uniform Commercial Code.

Advice for students:
I would recommend to read the chapters and learn from other students through discussion boards.
