The course thoroughly explained the components of corporate entrepreneurship and how they apply to the work environment.
I learned which characteristics help build a great foundation before creating a start-up business and a checklist of what an entrepreneur should know. I have also learned the different types of bankruptcy, how they are applied, who qualifies, and other options used to try to save a company before filing for bankruptcy as a last resort.

Advice for students:
Take a lot of notes since you will be tested on blocks of chapters at a time. Remember to properly cite references, because you do not want to have your paper flagged, not that I ever had that problem, but unfortunately someone may have.
