    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    It is a very useful course. So I know it will be very helpful for the next person.

    I have gain a lot within this course. It has taught me how to better adjust to society.

    I will encourage them not to give up. But to keep on going no matter how difficult it becomes.

    There were many highlights especially the chapters on management of any office in human services

    Study, regularly, study and utilize the help in the book, study how to create good PCP plans for the consumers

    Awesome course and great instructor. This instructor definitely cares about student success and finds ways to help you succeed.

    I learned that even when you know about the area of inquiry you still can learn more. Crisis intervention continues to grow and develop.
