    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it was instrumental in my appreciation of the importance of collaboration and management of my subordinates in my workplace. This has helped make my team-mates happier, more educated feel more committed to the company's goals and productivity.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course for me were as follows: - I learned to appreciate working as a team because synergized unique ideologies yield more effective and innovative solutions. - I also learned to value the trust it fosters among team-mates, as this is a prerequisite for a heightened sense of inclusion and effective conflict resolution.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    My advice for prospective students palnning to take this course is to manage your time effectively, as this course is voluminous, and requires more innovation and writing than usual to communicate impressively with the lecturer.
