    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course moved me to the next level on policy.

    Course highlights:

This course helped me understand how things work on the back end rather than just from the organizational side.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advise is to work ahead so that anxiety over work and assignment load doesn't have a chance to set in. Stay organized.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is challenging and provides a more in depth look at the role of the nurse as an advocate for patients and communities. There is a lot of busy work in this class, but by the end of the course the student does learn a good amount of information and how to use it in practice.

    Course highlights:

The research project really helped me understand the process of choosing an intervention to enact for the community and all of the steps involved in making it happen. The project examines legal, budgeting requirements, and all steps involved in getting a project off the ground.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Stay ahead of the assignments. This course has three papers that get combined into one final project. These papers must be corrected after each part is submitted. All errors from the first two papers must be corrected in order to be allowed to turn in the final compilation.

    Course Overview:

This is a great course which involves up to date politics that affect nursing practice.

    Course highlights:

The main highlight of this course was the Affordable Care Act and whether or not healthcare is currently deemed by the government to be a right or a privledge.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read your assignments to gain a better insight on the material being presented for the purposes of writing your paper.
