Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The more I learn about leadership and organizational structure, the more I learn about the kind of leader I want to be and how I want to lead my peers.

    Course highlights:

I learned that my own organization's leaders have horrible leadership skills. My immediate manager and director are awesome, though. True leaders allow for decentralized decision making, do not allow for a climate that is punitive and based on intimidation, and are transparent with their subordinates.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this class alone because it is the breather you need before starting Advanced Physiology!
