Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved the practicality of this course. The discussion board conversations, assignments, and readings were excellent in helping me understand my role as a teacher and how I could develop as a teacher.

    Course highlights:

The highlight for me were the videos by Lee Canter about positivity and self-belief and how these are critical factors that affect student learning. He does an excellent job of explaining how we can develop these in the classroom.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be willing to challenge what other people state in the discussion board in a respectful way. When we disagree, or even try to bring in a differing perspective, it opens up deeper, more thought-provoking conversation.
