Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Walden University is an online school. This college is very thorough showing the student how to maneuver in an online community where you may feel isolated without an excellent support staff. In order to become a better advocate for my patients and affect policy, courses like the one above are necessary and appreciated.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to maneuver in an online environment. I learned how to follow the rules of academic integrity. I learned why it's necessary to use APA formatting in my career publications. I am learning how to become a more effective researcher and a more effective nurse.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Make a time-management plan and stick to it! Contact your fellow students so you don't feel isolated. Contact the professor, they have a wealth of knowledge and information. Use the webinars, and the online resources.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

this was a great beginning course, it gave you the insight into what the other courses would be like

    Course highlights:

Each week you had to write a short essay about certain topics, then respond to two of your peers posts. There was also a paper at the end of the course describing your professional goals

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the readings assigned each week, and make sure you set a deadline for completing the course work. it is easier if you work ahead of schedule
