    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course is essential for leading a safe and successful school community. Through classroom application of course content, this course provides students with substantial practical experience as they master and implement preventive and positive classroom management strategies. In addition, students acquire both theoretical and practical knowledge about the relationships between school-wide systems and behavioral development, learning and achievement among students with diverse needs.

    Practical classroom management, school process and procedures, positive school culture characteristics and strategies.

    To be successful students have manage their time. Dr. Phelps offers detailed assignment temples that students need to follow very closely as well as APA formatting needs to be on point.

    Dr. Bretti is an amazing guide with a vast knowledge of this subject. He is very easy to communicate with and takes time to communicate with his students.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course was learning how to facilitate a school campus as a Leader. I have also learned how to write using APA format with consistency.
