I gained a lot of knowledge on a subject I thought I already knew a good amount about. Very good for any one and everyone. Should be a required class or even taught in high schools.
Learning about how your body breaks down and digest foods and about the different enzymes and the macronutrients and micronutrients. Having a better understanding of what is actually healthy and what just says it is.
