    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This was an awesome class! We learned a lot about health, mostly things that you would think are common sense. This class focussed on the effects of drinking, drugs and smoking, as well as when is best to cut your nails and why physical activity is good for you.

    Course highlights:

Coach Marchant was a great professor for this course, he was passionate and made a seemingly boring class very interesting. The one thing I always think about from his class is never to cut your nails right after a shower!

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

This is one that you should definitely take. This course will refresh you on minor health habits that will help you later in your coursework.
