    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is an online course which is not as easy as one might think. You must stay on top of your daily assignments and homework. Be sure to communicate with the instructor. Mrs. Burton is always open to answer questions via email or by scheduling an appointment with her. Also, be sure to take advantage of the math lab on campus.

    Course highlights:

One of the advantages of this course is that it is online and you can work on material when is best for you, as long as you have done by the assigned deadlines. I have learned that I must be organized and not procrastinate, which is easy to do in an online course. However, you will pay for that in the end!

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

As online course, do not procrastinate in getting your assignments and homework completed. Stay organized. It is easy to put things off until the deadline, but you will soon learn that its a mistake when you have several assignments and tests all due on the same day. No one wants to do College Algebra all day long!
