Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course teaches you how to research effectively. Ideas are taught in a way deeper than what is normally displayed.

    Course highlights:

A highlight of this course would have to be the in depth aspect of idea swapping. Great minds such as Shakespeare would inspire me and I would try to mold my ideas according to his thought process.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be attentive and treat novels with authority,

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Some teaches seem like they couldn't care less about your education or success; however, Mrs. Withrow clearly does. She always let's her students know that if they have any questions or concerns that she is only an email away. Furthermore, she has a positive teaching energy that makes everyone excited to learn.

    Course highlights:

We learned how to compose a descriptive essay and a comparing and contrasting essay. We also learned research terminology and how to write a research paper. Before we started a new unit, oftentimes she showed us encouraging videos to inspire and motivate us to write the best paper that we can.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise anyone considering this course not to do their essays as quickly as they can to get them over with. Really try to put your best effort into your essays. Mrs. Withrow grades strictly, but fair, and she takes it seriously, so you should take it equally as serious. If you can, try to get a head start; try to turn in your paper early, if possible, especially the research paper.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Really awesome teacher! Helpful and cheerful. She made going to class fun, and the syllabus fits everybody's tastes.

    Course highlights:

We got to watch videos that went along with the short stories we read in class. She always made sure to let us openly discuss what we thought of the material.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it! It's a challenge, but very rewarding! If you go to the teacher, she WILL help you.
