    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Really enjoyed this class. I learned a lot. I feel that I left the class prepared to take physiology. I made a B in the course because I paid attention in class and took notes.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were that I was able to ask questions freely despite that class being so large. The professor was always able to meet during the week to go over any questions I still had or information I did not understand.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to study and read the text book. However, if you go to class and actually pay attention, the information is very interesting and applicable.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it is an upper level biology course that will not only challenge you but also prepare you for future courses within this field of study.

    Course highlights:

I learned in-depth descriptions of the anatomy of the human body.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

First of all, class attendance is key to getting information for notes to study. Even though you could get notes from friends taking the course with you, it's better to take your own notes to help you remember the material as well as highlight material you don't fully understand. These notes are vital for doing well on exams so it's important to study and understand the material. Also, if you don't understand something, ask the professor or someone who's doing well in the class to help you. You could also ask a TA in labs.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

James is a wonderful lecturer and incredibly fabulous working with students one-one-one. Super flexible with his office hours!

    Course highlights:

Lectures by James were amazing and even though it was a 300 person class, everyone was comfortable speaking up to ask questions

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Relax! If you pay attention in class and put in an hour a day studying, you will do wonderfully!
