    | Would not recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you do not have to take this course then I would recommend that you do not. If you like science and want to explore the topic then it can be interesting. There is a lot to learn in this course and not as much time. The test do not always cover all of the material. I recommend studying a little bit everyday.

    Course highlights:

This course was tough for me. I learned that genetics was a very vast topic and that it is interesting. I also learned that there are many aspects of genetics that relate with other biological sciences. I also learned, that although genetics can be random, there is a way to understand the chances of something occurring or not occurring genetically. Another highlight is that genes are very essential to any living organism and sometimes one change or mutation can cause serious problems.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study a little bit everyday. Do not be afraid to ask questions. If you do not understand material do not be afraid to seek outside help or even speaking with the instructor. Find a study group and make a routine/habit of discussing the material and sharing notes.
