Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Edwards is passionate about helping her students sharper their communication skills. She inspires her students to take their passions an then figure out how to get that out to the audience in a way that inspires, informs or persuades. She takes an interest all of her pupils.

    Course highlights:

I learned to sharpen my saw a bit and pay attention to speech outlines and expectations. She helped me with my eye contact and self-esteem in front of others.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of quizzes and outlines that are due. Be steady in your preparation of each speech. Know that your professor is available but needs to be respected and parameters must be followed.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Her approach is passionate which livens the class. She would tell us how to apply it practically. She made sure the students felt involved. Above all, I learned many life lessons in there.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to give Informative speeches and persuasive speeches through Monroe's Motivated Sequence. We applied what we learned at Washington D.C which helped us become better leaders.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

I took this as a summer class. One should never procrastinate, or he or she will be up at 2 a.m writing a speech.
