    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

He's beyond qualified and always knows the easiest ways to help you succeed! Don't be afraid to ask for help! Even if you feel like your questions aren't good enough, no question should go unanswered!

    Course highlights:

He has the option of taking a weekly quiz by yourself or going to weekly recitation meetings which are basically hour long classes with grad students that teach you how they learned the difficult material that was covered that week in class. IT'S AWESOME Y'ALL. I would chose recitation over any quiz by myself ANY DAY in this class. The recitations have the quiz at the end and they basically teach you everything you need in the hour prior to taking the quiz AND THEY HELP YOU IF YOU'RE STUCK. It's the best thing ever.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

READ THE BOOK. PRINT OUT MATTERN'S NOTES. GO TO CLASS. Reading the book is definitely the most helpful thing to succeed in this class along with printing out your notes for class because Dr. Mattern is notorious for speeding through material.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

i didnt learn much from him, but that might be my fault because chemistry is not my strong suit.

    Course highlights:

He is a fun and helpful teacher. He's a great transition from Highschool to College level for he not only knows the material he keeps class interesting and interactive even though it is a large lecture.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you keep up with the homework and take notes, you are sure to do well in the class.
